ProofRound AI generates interview kits (questions, answer keys, follow-ups, scoring aids, and summaries) from job descriptions and optional candidate CVs that you provide. The service is provided as is and evolves over time.
Candidate CVs and job descriptions you process are handled under the ProofRound Vault: they are processed in memory only, never stored on our servers, never logged, and never used to train models. You remain the controller of any candidate personal data you upload and confirm you have the right to process it. We act as a processor and protect that data as described in our Security & Data Handling statement.
Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Free interviews and trials are provided at our discretion and may be rate-limited.
Interview kits are generated by AI models. We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that generated questions, answer keys, or scores are error-free. Review them before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofRound AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including hiring decisions made with the help of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
